The ten days I spent with Sandy and team at the coaching certification program completely transformed me. The change was so deep, it was physically apparent to friends. One told me upon my return: "You look completely different." Another said "You look five years younger." That ' s because I released the pain of the past, and misconceptions about myself, my relationship with others, and with God. I feel aligned now; and am experiencing myself as the "self" I always knew I could be: joyful, free, at peace no matter how "ruffling" outer circumstances could be, quick to laugh and share the joy with others. My gratitude to Sandy and her team (Len Satov, Valerie Shahan , Jonathan Hall) is beyond measure. This training was worth every penny; what I gained from it was--and is--priceless. It should be "required" for anyone who wants to strip away all the barriers that prevent them from being all they could be.
