Cancellation Policy*
Weekend Workshops: Workshops with a duration of 2.5 days (i.e. The Art of Surrender or Choosing Freedom) require a non-refundable deposit of $150. Full tuition is required no later than 30 days prior to the workshop. If attendance is canceled in accordance with this policy, an extra $50 administrative fee along with the $150 deposit will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation must be provided in email writing and confirmed by Sandy that she has received it. Cancellation within 30 days prior to the workshop is non refundable except with a valid Doctor’s note or a special family emergency with written authorization, in which case will only be charged the $50 administrative fee and the $150 deposit.
Long Workshops: Workshops with a duration of longer than 2.5 days (i.e. The Power of Clearing Coaching Certification Program) require a non-refundable deposit of $850. Full tuition is required no later than 1 month, 30 days, before the workshop. If attendance is canceled in accordance with this policy, an extra $50 administrative fee along with the $850 deposit will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation must be provided in email writing and confirmed by Sandy that she has received it. Cancellation within 30 days prior to the workshop with a valid Doctor’s note or a special family emergency with written authorization, will only be charged the $50 administrative fee and the $850 deposit.
Private/Specialty Workshops: Closed workshops that are requested by a private party, or a block of time reserved for specialty sessions, require payment in full upon scheduling. It is understood that scheduling a block of Sandy's time prevents her from booking workshops and other engagements with clients during this block. Therefore, full tuition is non-refundable. Under certain circumstances, and only if you have a discussion with Sandy, can a private class/personal workshop involving travel be rescheduled to a new location or time. This rescheduling can happen no more than twice.
Private one-on-one sessions are subject to a $50 administrative fee if canceled within 48 hours of appointment.
By paying your deposit and/or full tuition you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
